Shipping is free for orders within Australia. Pieces are sent via signed registered Australia Post or courier to ensure safe door to door delivery of artwork. Delivery within Australia estimates a 3 - 5 working day wait (dependent on location) and tracking numbers are provided with all orders. Checking the condition of the parcel prior to signing for the delivery is integral to ensuring safe arrival of your artwork.

Westacott Glass has been shipping glass internationally and across Australia for the past 30 years. Your artwork will be packaged with care and attention to enable a safe delivery.

International customers are required to contact Westacott Glass (via contact form or email). Include the details of the artwork of interest and your address for appropriate shipping and delivery calculations. International orders will be given an estimated delivery time upon contact. Options for insurance and express shipping can be addressed.

For both domestic and international orders, in the rare case of damage in transit, please contact Westacott Glass immediately (within 3 days of receiving the artwork) with details including photos of the artwork and packaging. The appropriate follow up will occur. Returns and exchanges are not granted upon change of mind. All details of pieces available for purchase are provided, including colour, size and weight. It should be noted that these details (colour, size and weight) vary between each piece of artwork. They are your guarantee of originality, individuality, and a characteristic of hand made glass art.
